Annual Conference Registration
New this year we are offering advance registration for conference members. Advance registration will greatly help conference staff and volunteers with the credentialing process. Members who register in advance will have an expedited experience upon arrival in Tifton. The credential pick up area will be divided into lanes by registration method (pre-registered and pre-paid, pre-registered but paying on site, registering and paying on site). We look forward to a great experience for conference members.

2024 Annual Conference Registration Dates
- April 1 - pre-registration window opens
- May 10 - pre-registration window closes.
- All registrations after May 10 will take place on site in Tifton.
To Note

Every conference member must pay a $20 registration fee in order to receive credentials. Clergy on medical leave and retired clergy not currently serving are exempt from this fee.

The registration link was sent only to voting members.

Guests who wish to have a name tag will be able to make one on site in Tifton - they do not need to register.

Payment of the registration fee online prior to conference is preferred, but there is an option to pay via check (either mailed or delivered in Tifton).

If your charge’s lay member has changed, please register the person who will be attending on the form but indicate that the person is an alternate now being seated when prompted. Please note: only elected alternates are able to serve as a primary delegate in the absence of the primary.
Registration Help Tips
You may register (and pay) more than one person on the same form. Just click the "add another" green button with the "plus" sign to add as many rows as needed.
If you register more than one person on the same form you will have the option to provide individual responses to questions that pertain to each member. Please note the green highlighted area when going through the form.
