In a nation that's becoming more unchurched all the time, we need to ensure that seekers encounter in us a Christ that they want to know better. 

Creating a welcoming and hospitable climate begins at the curb and continues into the heart of the congregation. The ministry of welcoming is not the responsibility of a few people or a committee. It is the responsibility of the entire church family.
